  If you are wondering whether to buy a stove fan stop wondering and buy one. I had my log burner installed and was looking forward to the whole room being lovely and warm once the logs got going and I was very disappointed. The heat all went straight up and got trapped in the fireplace recess. With this fan it pushes the warmth into the room. It’s quite gentle and although it can be heard it’s quiet enough not to be a nuisance. The difference in the room is amazing, the heat gets around the whole room now instead of having to be in front of the fire to feel it. Very well worth the money spent on it. I thoroughly recommend getting one. Just ensure you follow the instructions to place it at the back of the log burner.
