I have been taking this for at least 5-6 months. In this time, combined with sensible eating & what I call regular exercise - I walk our dog every day for at least 4-6 miles, do 1 a week yoga, pilates & reformer & I have found that I have indeed lost weight, realistic weight & do feel my energy levels balance out unless I have a full on day & over do it. I don't diet per se, but eat sensible food, wise choices...& don't snack. it all comes together at the end, just may need a few tweaks, but I can't stress that people have to be realistic about their targets & direction to achieve those targets.
