As someone relatively new to the world of cooking, despite being over 40 (don't ask), I wanted some tongs to help with stir frys, frying etc, and as someone naturally drawn to Joseph Joseph products due to their style and design, I took the plunge and purchased these. They are extremely sturdy, as one would expect, and offer a neat feature to stow away (taking up less space in the draw when not needed). Easy to use and clean, and with the massive added benefit of the elevate feature (so simple I can't understand why all products of this nature haven't always had this), they really are a joy to use. Only criticism would be the single colour on offer, especially given the array of colours several other of their products come in, but not going to mark them down for that.
