  I would describe this mat as ok. It serves a purpose but has a cheap feel to it. It's a couple of inches think but the padding is not the best. Its ok though for the money and saves me lying on concrete. Folds up nicely for storage and as its so cheap, I throw it in the shed after use. I wouldn't advise against it.
