  I purchased this because I have herniated disc in lower back. Being sat at desk all day was causing me discomfort.
  Only had a week or so but already I feel the benefit of using this desk.
  The different heights you can have the desk at are very useful.
  Enough room on it for keyboard and paperwork.
  Would recommend giving this desk a try if you suffer back pain.
