  I thought I'd give this a go since other options are expensive, and the HDMI adapters aren't great.
  
  Initially I saw that scanlines were only available for 240p, but it seems it has been updated to allow scanline filters on 480i content with bob deinterlacing, which is better than what was originally advertised, so I like that!
  
  Lots of options and easy to configure. The build quality is decent.
  
  Will update when I use this more. But for the price, it's good and the image is clear, make sure you have good component cables!
