- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 February 2022The sockets come in a hard plastic case, the plastic seems pretty sturdy although the hinge may break before the main case does, only time will tell. Another thing I'm not a fan of with the case is that it doesn't close completely so there is a gap between the halves.
The actual tools though are quite nice, good weight and quality to them. They are reasonably well organised into distinct sections and the case has labels of each socket size. For sure, I would say that it's good value for money for what you get.
Why only 3 stars? That's more related to what I expected and what I received. I bought this set expecting a new socket set but what I got seemed to have been opened and some of the sockets clearly moved about and either not in the correct slots or not in a slot at all. I raised the issue with ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Customer Service who could only offer me a refund but I wasn't willing to take that as I bought the set on a discount so I couldn't re-purchase the set without spending more. My issue was escalated to the seller however I have had no contact from them. I'm a bit disappointed that I haven't been contacted and the set didn't meet my full expectations but it is useable. I feel a bit let down by both ÍøÆغÚÁÏ and the seller customer service.
Overall, I can't fault the quality of my set so far but customer service is also important should there be any problems further down the line and I hope that I won't need to if this is what happens. If you are in a position to take the full refund ÍøÆغÚÁÏ offer, this set is good value.
