That said, this relatively newly laid lawn started to get patches and I was in a panic about how to fix it. I can confirm that the lawn did "take root" and all that. I needed a way to just make it look nice again.
I purchased this product and applied it twice - one week apart.
Around 2-3 weeks after the first application, it was quite clear that the lawn looked 'refreshed' and just looked much happier and less worn. Also, the quality of the grass looked thicker and greener. Despite the cost, I think this was a worthwhile investment and it did the trick despite the lack of rain.
