  I don't have any scientific measurements that these have increased my zinc levels, but what I can say is my symptoms of zinc deficiency are dwindling not long after starting these. They are a nice small form factor, easy to swallow, you get a good amount for the price, from a well-respected brand in the supplement community. 5 stars!
