Good music, reasonable graphics, fine voice acting. The gameplay seems OK, but it's the controls that let this game down for me. The default setup is as fiddly as heck. I just couldn't get on with it. In the end thanks to a controller remap option I set the controls up to play like the starship combat from the superlative no man's sky.
This helped massively, but I still had a slight problem. The enemy ships seemed to move very fast and it was often quite hard to target them. I stuck with it and got a mission or two in. I wasn't impressed, I wasn't unimpressed... The game was just OK. Then it crashed on me and hardlocked my Xbox one x. TWICE. No game has ever done that to my Xbox one x before.
The game came out of the system and will likely never be played again.

Three stars. Controls fiddly, gameplay okay ish, stability poor.
