- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 December 2023The packaging information for me is limited in what is clearly labelled, it does confirm that the dosage of 2 capsules daily would give you 100% of the recommended B12 which I think is good, and the other minerals are around 50% each, I think it’s very good value as you get 180 capsules so 6 months based on taking 2 per day,I think they are quite large capsules but do have a lot packed into them.
