  I bought this order pending my 2 bottle order from the Qualia directly which have a capsule count of 154. This bottle, bought through ÍøÆغÚÁÏ UK only contains 105 Capsules, so in order not run out before my Qualia order arrives and not be overwhelmed by the recommended serving of 7 Capsules I worked out a graduated plan of 4 x caps for 4 days, 5 x caps for 5 days, 6 x caps for 6 days, leaving me with 4 days at the recommended serving of capsules, by which time im trusting my Quaila order will have arrived and without a break. Im on my 2nd day of 4 Capsules and I can honestly say I noticed a difference after the 1st serving in that my head feels noticeably clearer already. Looking forward to greater and continuing improvement.
