  Very disappointing. When it worked the tongs created a lovely curl. However with a very unstable lead/stand which kept moving when I tried to balance it when heating up, it repeatedly fell off my dressing table and Tresemme customer service claimed this was my fault and I caused accidental damage. Do not waste your money. The cheap price tag should have been a red flag.
