  No - master carpenters have not created this cold frame.
  No - it's not made of top quality materials.
  No - It's not heavy enough to be free standing and needs tying down/securing.
  No - It's not treated wood and needs a coat of Cuprinol or similar ideally.
  However:
  Yes it is good value for money at £42 + p&p
  Yes it is easy to put together, preferably using a small electric screwdriver.
  Yes it is perfect for domestic use and will protect your plants.
  Yes I am happy with it and will be buying another.
