  The product was really good until the water tank cracked (I’m still not sure how as I’d only used it twice). Can’t find any spare parts on the web which is quite disappointing as it was working well when I used it but now it’s just leaking with water non stop which doesn’t feel safe.
  
  Dear seller, is there a way of buying a new water tank separately as spare parts?
