I can easily get around five full charges for my phone out of it, and it almost lasts me an entire week without needing to recharge the power bank itself. It’s fast, too—charging my phone quickly without making it overheat, which is a huge plus. It's also a 2 hour max charge to get the power bank back to 100%.

The build quality feels solid and durable, though it is a bit on the heavier side. That said, the weight is a small trade-off for the power it holds.
