So I looked at a lot of sprayers, most of which were handheld only things and got mixed reviews. I took a gamble on this one as I thought it was different and the design with a separate pump was more in line with more expensive sprayers. I wasn’t wrong. The pump is basically the same as an electric pump for blowing up beds, high volume air, however the air does come out a little warm which I think helps. The hose is a decent hose and pretty sturdy too. The sprayer itself is pretty simple and that’s the beauty of it. All sprayers need cleaned if you’re going to use it again and maintain it properly and it dawned on me the great design when I started to clean. The sprayer isn’t electrical at all, it’s all plastic and as such you can wash it very easily. I just took mine apart and hosed it all clean with my garden hose. Used it again the next day and worked exactly the same. I sprayed a 6m x 3m log cabin in about an hour.
Be prepared for the amount of paint a sprayer uses in comparison to a brush or roller.
The dilution is worked out via a little pot which is handy however there is an overarching statement in the instruction not to dilute past the paint or stains recommendation so I stuck with that and it was totally fine.
It’s a bit more cumbersome than a handheld but it’s for a very good reason
    Bargain for the money
