  The product was mis sold as only having cosmetic damage, however the pedal system was defective. The acceleration gas pedal did not work at all as the spring was broken.
  
  After several very irritating chat sessions I was only offered a 20% discount or refund. After escalating the issue further and asking for a working product I was given ÍøÆغÚÁÏ credit in my wallet to purchase a replacement pedal. Many thanks to Ashish
