These are way too strong for us. I'm not going to knock stars off, as described as high strength. If u are extremely active, physically, like on the go all day, these maybe for u. If ur just on a Computer sitting around all day, just go for a much lower strength every 4 hours!! And I honestly think u should drink lots of water (2 glasses) or A healthy balanced Meal. And if u had the recent shots, don't take them.
