    After using for a few months I have found it to be great for making raw dough but not too good at making a fully cooked loaf in fact the recipes in the booklet seem a little out when trying them hence never the perfect loaf.

    But for making dough I cannot fault it I find that using extra strong canadian flour works best in providing a great dough.

    Be prepared to try different recipes to get what you want.
