  Good results so far from this, my first sou vide machine. Persuaded to try the technique by a friend I managed to get this on a good sale.
  The clamp to hold this in place accommodates most pans or tubs and the unit itself feels well put together.
  Very simple to use, on screen menu with several basic recipes and more in an enclosed booklet. You can also fly solo with manual settings - that takes a bit more experimenting but you can create your own custom recipes which helps a lot.
  It even links to your phone via a local wifi connection, helps to keep an eye on timings and more in depth settings for the device.
  Very nicely presented, overall I’d say good value for money.
