  This lamp works and looks fine but is a little wobbly on its stand .
  My real gripe is and was with the packaging.There is no need to pack and sellotape all the parts to a polystyrene box that falls into a million pieces and covers everything in your living room with tiny white balls the moment you open it !! Very annoying .Come on its a modern world not 1975 anymore .Bubble wrap is perfectly acceptable and goes in the bin without the complete mess. Start using it !
