  Seems to have done the trick, which was to give a reliable 2160p60 signal from my PC across a 5-metre span, but has also messed with the signal a bit - sharpness, contrast, brightness and tint are all different and overscan is now enabled so some tweaking is required. I'm sure I'll adjust to it but I can't quite get the picture back to how it was.
