  Great to find a vegan option and one that doesn't encase the ingredients in shell containing titanium dioxide as does another leading brand, somewhat inexplicably....for me the positive results happened within 24 hours of taking the first capsule, with no more gas pain (through stress) and less bloating. I only wish I'd discovered them sooner but recommend them to anyone experiencing gut issues, instead of turning immediately to pharma meds or standard antacids...get the gut right and everything else improves in time as well.
