  Bought 3 - one of them that I purchased had the cold shoe adapter at an angle to the dovetail (making it useless) so I had to put it in a vice and break the glue seal then reglue it straight. The other two were fine. The cold shoes are a little on the small size so does not slide in accurately straight but after tightening the locking nut they stay where I put them.
