  Works as expected. I found that the meat became dry and hard quickly on the outside while still being very moist and raw on the inside. To fix this I removed the light bulb, so only using the fan which allowed the meat to cure more evenly giving a better texture. Having s separate switch to control the light from the fan would be ideal.
