    Easy to swallow, doesn’t leave a flavour & best of all - hasn’t given me an upset stomach or interacted negatively with my epilepsy medication.

    My skin is nowhere near as dry as it used to be & hair is stronger. Nail strength has certainly improved. It works well as a supplement to counteract the collagen issues that come up with medication changes.
