  Very easy to make.
  
  Fairly useful although a bit shorter than expected. The base isn’t the heaviest with water so might use something denser like sand. Not super expensive so I wasn’t expecting something like the Cobra variety. But good enough to get some punch and reflex training going. Especially good for training kids as the height is more appropriate.
