  I find these tasty and easy to take. Have been taking the recommended dose for perhaps 6 months as my blood tests showed extremely low VitD. Also Dr recommended calcium tablets and these combine the two. Bloods just received back show marked improvement (although Dr suggesting a double dose) and calcium levels are very good now also. So these are effective, easy to take and taste pleasant. Win win.
