  Well my wall is ruined and will now need replastering. The setting tool and anchors looked fine in the storage box they came in. I couldn’t wait to get my towel ring back on the wall in my downstairs loo. I read the instructions and watched videos and now it was my turn. All went well until it was time to squeeze on the handles to fix the anchor. The handles on the tool just would not work to pull the screw to activate the anchor wings. It was like they were locked. No matter how hard we tried to squeeze the handles (yes I got two strong male friends to help), they would not budge and made no attempt to pull on the screw and open the wings. Without the anchor, they would squeeze together and bring the spring back but once the anchor was in the tool, no chance. Waste of money.
