  This stuff works like a dream. I’ve continually suffered with constipation but a spoon of this in my cereal each day and have not had any problems since I started using it. Makes my stomach in general feel so much better, no bloating. A friend recommended and not looked back. Also much more cost effective to buy double packs on ���غ��� 👍
