- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 February 2022I realise these are budget earbuds but I've had several problems that are a major pain in the neck. Firstly the charging cable is attached, which means it's a 2 inch cable. That's a serious pain point if you're used to sticking a full length cable in for conveniently charging it wherever you want. As it is, I have to stick this thing in a charger or a USB slot on a PC directly. For me, that's a downside, not an upside.
Secondly, the rubber seals that fit to the device, tend to slip off on my ones. Which means that they go slightly out of place, and then the buds don't properly seat in the charging case, and thus don't charge. If your buds don't charge, they're useless.
Thirdly, when you change the noise cancelling mode it beeps at you. It doesn't say 'This type of NC' or something useful. Nor can I find a section in the manual that says, 'One beep means this, two beeps means this' and you can't control that through the app.
I believe their higher level model does let you control the noise cancelling through the app so you can be sure what mode it's in. I honestly can't tell the difference between the modes but I don't have experience with noise cancelling.
I do have experience with wireless earbuds though, and I can't recommend these for the flaws I've stated. If you are on a budget as I am right now, get something else.
