  These are good spring compressors. I’m pretty good with most things. If you’ve not used these before make sure you place them opposite each other. Also when putting everything back together make sure everything is put back in the right order( washers etc). Also that the spring is seated correctly top and bottom.
  
  You must tighten/ loosen each compressor a bit at a time on each side or you have an accident
