Halo 3 ODST continues the story of Halo 2 from the perspective of a UNSC ODST.
The First disc is the campaign disc:
The Campaign is dark and mysterious, split off from your squad you have to piece back the puzzle of what has been going on while you have been unconcious (for reasons you'll find out when you play), culminating in...well, you'll have to play to find out.
Whilst playing the campaign, i found that when it started to get boring walking around in the dark streets of New Mombasa, the game producers threw in a flashback and a new, exciting combat scenario.
Also on this disc is a new campaign co-op mode called firefight where you can team up with your friends who also have ODST to fight off wave after wave of covenant troops in a specific location (think nazi zombie mode on COD 5 or Horde mode on GOW2).
Also, a chance to play the Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta.

The Second Disc is the classic Halo 3 multiplayer, including all the maps released thus far and a chance to get the coveted Recon Armour, the best online multiplayer in my opinion and not too shabby offline in system link mode either!

I only gave 4 stars due to Firefight not having a matchmaking capability (i.e. you have to invite friends or recent players to play firefight, like the online co-op campaign mode of halo 3).
