  This monitor does not have speakers but it is perfect as a second screen for my laptop. It is supplied with a power cable but you will need a VGA to connect it to a second device. There is no HDMI port. It is a good size and height and can tilt. You will need to screw in the base - there are no instructions.
  
  As a second screen it is doing the job perfectly and is enabling me to work from home.
