  We all need copper for our systems to work well, as our planets soil is depleted in so many places it is hard to know if we get enough copper via our food, depending on what food we consume and availability nowadays. So we are taking copper to hopefully improve our well being. It takes time with most supplements to work/show they are working, I am hopeful
  These came well packed, were in good condition and have caused no ill effects at all.
  I will be buying more just before these run out so we can continue keeping our copper levels up better.
