  A Tete de Moine is a Christmas tradition in our house, but this year we were disappointed. The cheese had a completely different texture to what we've become used to. Rather than being firm enough to give a nice curl, it was wet, crumbly and flavourless. Due to the crumbly texture, by the time we'd eaten less than half the wheel, it had pretty much fallen apart, so it went in the bin.
  We haven't been put off Tete de Moine, but we'll definitely use a different supplier next year.
