Did not experience with any after taste or funny smells and it actually makes my coffee a bit more creamy. As far as the benefits, it is too early to tell, I have just started using this. For my personal self I am one where nothing happens quickly, I usually notice the difference when I am starting the second round of what every I am pursuing at the time. That is just me. Results may vary depending on your body.The media could not be loaded.
The main purpose for using this is I am pushing 60 years old and everything is either fall out or falling apart. So, I will start by trying to replenish what I am losing. Collagen. I do not expect miracles or to look in the mirror and see a 20 year old. I am expecting better skin, hair and nails with some joint relief.
