I bought these for a gift and treated myself too. They are so lovely and you can do them alone or with friends and family to encourage mindfulness. It’s a 31 day challenge if you choose but I will use them longer and make them part of my day. Get a journal to write in and take the time to have a quiet moment to think and reflect. You will surprise yourself and they cannot fail but influence you in the most positive way. The illustrations are beautiful too, a great gift. I love these x
