  Works exactly as you would require. Completely shuts out the light to create darkness to help with great sleep!
  
  Good value for money, fits really well and is adjustable, comfortable and padded.
  
  Didn't need the ear plugs as I live in the quiet countryside!
  
  Would but again and have already highly recommended.
