  I needed something which would allow me to use my 1/4 inch jack-terminated stereo headphones and morse key with a transceiver which has 3.5mm jack sockets. These do the job very nicely and, most importantly, eliminates the strain of using an all-in-one adaptor plugged straight into the socket.
