After getting an email from the government saying that they're going to be giving vulnerable people free vitamin D tablets I signed up ASAP. I didnt know when they would arrive and noticed myself getting the usual symptoms of vitamin D deficiency as I do every year in winter. I quickly went to amazon to find a very high dose of vitamin D and found this brand and read all the fantastic reviews. After taking this, along side oral vitamin D spray, I've noticed a dramatic difference. I have CFS and rheumatoid arthritis and after a few days noticed my energy was a lot higher in the evenings as it usually dropped extremely low after the sun sets at 5pm. I dont really believe in supplements and some people can have a placebo effect sometimes with these kinds of things but after trying SAD lamps and other vitamins to help in the past these by far work the best.
