  Not something that I will use often but after struggling over the years to wind rear brakes in using various methods I thought I would get this as it is universal. No instructions but pretty self explanatory (I wound it in on the handle and then couldn't wind it back, but a 22mm spanner on the body to move the body while I held the handle stationary worked out OK to take off the tension, as I said not used one before) case is OK for what it is if you don't chuck it about the bits stay in place, did the job ok can't comment on long term or durability yet.
