  Lights seemed to work great, however as soon as you use the App things went downwards.
  
  it makes you register your email why !
  It insists that you give it access to your location why !
  It also insist that you turn on Precise location (on iPhone) why !
  
  Without these you cannot use the smart features. You don't have to use the smart features at all, but then the Wifi light on the front flashes forever.
