  it’s mostly isopropyl alcohol and a tiny bit of rosin. it’s ’no-clean’ because there’s nothing in it to clean up. It works pretty well, but doesn’t hang around. once parts have warmed up it just evaporates off.
  You could also buy the non no-clean version, dilute with 75% more alcohol and end up with pretty much the same thing.
