We have a particularly stubborn area under our stairs that we've tried lots of sprays to get rid of. But non have worked as good as this one! All gone within a matter of minutes. We will see how the sanitiser spray is at keeping it at bay and killing it off permanently (the eliminator only deals with the cosmetic side of the mould) but hopefully no more unsightly black spots/areas
