I really appreciated the great customer service when I realised that I had ordered the incorrect item to start with.
The product itself seems well made. After some research most microwaves from different brands are made by one or two different factories, so unless you're paying for a premium brand that make their own (like Panasonic) it's not worth spending more than you need to.
It also appealed because there isn't any branding on the front - it looks great integrated and fits in a standard depth wall unit. It's slightly lower power than most modern microwaves at 700 W but I just run it for longer. It's very easy to use with well labelled dials.
One thing to bear in mind is that it is hard to be granular about timings due to the dial, so trying to do 30s is tricky - I tend to turn the power down and do a minute instead.
