  Used these for years. Great when the fresh lemon is out of action. The jar lemons are a great substitute.
  For decades a main cocktail bar staple. The drink only needs a single piece as they are preserved in lemon juice.
  A long shelf life
  Not cheap but invaluable cupboard emergency item.
