  Other nvme-usb enclosures have a plastic inner section that slides into the metal casing. Unfortunately this type of design can leave the thermal pad without good contact to the metal heat-sink which could lead to overheating problems during long periods of intensive use. This enclosure has a much better (in my opinion) heat-sink lid that can allow you to ensure the thermal pad is making good contact. No and issues so far with use, overall performance seems good and comes with USB C-C and A-C leads.
