  So i read mixed reviews on this but really just wanted something to get me through lockdown. It does the job. It is smaller than the aerobic steps you find in the gym but its also a lot cheaper. Having said that I'm 5ft 1 so for me i can still use it as a bench for when i do weights and as a step for cardio and it doesnt take up much space in the house. I put it on my mat to keep it in place and its fine. Its a decent product if you're not looking to spend much and arrived quicker than stated.
